Overview
The cheese stack transport system was developed for integration into a robotic product stacking complex. The system interacts with two industrial robots. The first conveyor group separates product flows between the robots, while the second forms stacks of five packages for subsequent packaging into three-seam bags and, if necessary, redirects products to a manual packaging line.

Challenges and Solutions
The key technical challenge was designing a two-level cheese stack feeding system for robot grippers. The conveyor unit includes a high-performance vertical product flow divider and adjustable output links. All components are designed to meet food industry standards.
