In many projects, transport systems play a key role in the automation process. Often, a significant part of the operations is performed during transportation, leaving robots responsible only for certain final or intermediate tasks.
Over the years of working in automation and robotics, I have developed and implemented a wide variety of standard and specialized transport systems to solve diverse production challenges.
My experience includes the design of various transport solutions, including:
Modular belt conveyors: from simple solutions for moving lightweight items to heavy-duty systems designed for transporting tooling with workers operating on it.
Roller conveyors: of various types and sizes, ranging from light systems with rollers 20 mm in diameter to robust setups with rollers 80 mm in diameter, capable of moving loads weighing up to 2000 kg.
Belt conveyors: from compact solutions for pharmaceutical lines to durable and reliable systems for heavy manufacturing industries.
Slat chain conveyors: for stable and reliable transportation of goods in complex sections of production lines.
Chain conveyors: in various designs and for different tasks, including multi-row systems and those with increased load capacity.
Plate conveyors: designed for working with heavy loads and in challenging production environments.
Some examples of specialized conveyors are shown in the gallery on this page.
