Overview
The mechanical gripper designed for handling product layers up to 1300 mm in length. The layer height and width are up to 290 mm and 350 mm, respectively, with the possibility of adaptation to a wider range of sizes.
The gripper can be equipped with the following optional features:
Top clamp (rigid, suction-based, or with a resilient material pad) for securing boxes,
Side clamp for layer stability,
Pallet gripper for pallet handling,
Cardboard sheet gripper with two or four vacuum cups (depending on the sheet thickness and magazine design),
Fork separation mechanism for partial layer unloading,
Collision protection system.
The nominal layer weight is up to 60 kg, with an optional version for handling layers up to 100 kg.
