Overview
The pick-point conveyor is one of the key elements of a robotic packaging or palletizing line and serves as the final link in the transport system. Its design is developed in integration with the gripping device.
The illustrated conveyor is a special modular belt conveyor with an additional row-forming table. It is designed to work with a fork-type gripper. The conveyor can be produced in various modifications and equipped with additional features depending on the project requirements.
Possible modifications and functional enhancements:
Layer formation devices with various types of pushers:
based on rodless pneumatic cylinders for compact execution;
based on servo drives for precise product positioning with the required gaps.
Product delay and rotation systems:
driven and non-driven mechanisms for proper orientation of packages on the conveyor.
Row-forming tables in various designs, adapted to specific product and gripper combinations.
