Overview
The transport system is designed for moving rubber briquettes weighing 20 kg and ensures continuous material supply at one of the stages of the production process.
The system includes:
A heavy-duty inclined belt conveyor — 10 meters long, with a lifting height of 5.2 meters and a maximum load capacity of 300 kg.
A cross roller conveyor for perpendicular flow separation and redirection.
A group of horizontal roller conveyors for transporting briquettes along straight sections.
My Role
During the project, I performed functions at several stages, from process management to direct participation in equipment assembly.
Project Management:
Organizing the production of metal structures at third-party facilities.
Mechanical Design Engineer:
Design of all elements of the transport system.
Assembly and Installation:
Participating in the assembly work, including the assembly of the belt conveyor and cross roller conveyor.
